I think that they are a little bit smashed together.
Try moving Umbi, Shifty, Absol, and Houndy over just a little bit.
Move Spritomb down and to the right a little, and move Rai-rai down as well.

Oh! You may also want to throw in a Dark Ball and Dusk Ball in there randomly. XD
